The Imperial Ballroom
Quincy’s most elegant ballroom and conference center. Accessible from a lower parking area, the ballroom has separate entrance areas as well as access from the hotel. Well suited for groups up to 100 people, this room offers natural light, a variety of room set-ups and audio-visual equipment to make setting up your meeting or gathering a breeze.
Right outside our ballroom, this is an elegant spot for pre-function social hours or a registration area for business events. This space is perfect for vendor booths and registration tables.
Ideal for smaller groups of 2 to 8 people. Set with a large boardroom table and flat screen television.
A casual, informal atmosphere during the day, perfect for up to 30 people to mingle and talk. In the evening, The Den is our in-house lounge.
This private room can seat up to 40 people. If a corporate board room space is needed, the location is convenient and discreet. Also perfect for bridal or baby showers.
An open area on the second floor for impromptu gatherings up to 12 people.
A full line of audio/video equipment is available for rent. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.
